Bronzed

One of my long lost favourite make up items is this bronzer set from Too Faced called The Bronzed and the Beautiful. It consists of three different tones and comes with the brush. If I'm perfectly honest the leopard print swayed my decision whether to purchase it or not but I made the right choice because the blend of brown and pink is really flattering and not too overwhelming.

So it looks like you can't actually buy this exact product any more but you can buy the single pink leopard bronzer and to be honest it's the best one in the pack anyway. There is a complexion perfection leopard love kit available but I'm not too sure what the other shades are like. Or if you're a bit scared about the pink part you can just stick with the peach leopard brightening bronzer, which looks like a nice shade.

More denim

I'm really loving denim at the minute, like far too much! I bought a second shirt because a. it was only 9 quid and b. because I love denim shirts. I've actually seen a third one I want but I'm going to restrain myself.

I went mad on the rings but I wanted to show off all the funny shapes I have. The moustache one is pretty new and I completely love it. I actually love all 3 of these but the moustache one is perhaps my favourite. Or maybe the angel wing, I'm not sure!

I also wore my Urban Outfitters quilted jacket, but you've seen it enough times and are probably sick of it by now. I put this eBay scrabble brooch on it for a bit of variety. I love anything letter related, must be the personal touch with the H or something.

Re. yesterdays post about running I did actually sign up for the Nike+ half marathon in the end AND I'm also doing a 5K race in 3 weeks time in preparation for my 10K Race for Life in July. Can't quite believe I signed up for 3 races in the space of an hour but there you go, I must either be totally serious about this running malarkey or just completely mad, you decide...

First of all I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to every bodies lovely messages this week re my job interview and graduation, they really made me smile!

So who watched the London Marathon on the telly today? I did and my gosh did it give me one massive dose of inspiration. Those runners have such incredible power and are completely amazing they make me feel really humble. Anyway, it's made me want to take my running more seriously so I've signed up for a 10K Race for Life on July 9th in London. You can sponsor me here if you so desire. I can't even run 5K yet but I get better every week so with a bit of hard work and motivation I'm sure I'll be ok... fingers crossed! I'm really contemplating signing up for the Nike+ half marathon in London on September 25th as it'll be the perfect stepping stone for doing the London Marathon in 2012 but we shall have to see. Next year the Olympics are coming to London so if I was ever going to run the London Marathon, 2012 would be an amazing year to do it.

Enough talk of running, today was lovely and sunny so I decided to get my legs out and dress for the weather. I didn't even go anywhere (except for my morning run... last reference) but that didn't stop me tottering around the garden in my ancient wedges.

Tonight I'm off to the Royal Albert Hall with my parents to see some random musical event dedicated to the Royal Wedding. It's not really my thing but they have a spare ticket and are forcing me to go! Saying that, the location is fabulous so at least I can take some nice pictures. Might have to put tights on though because the sun has gone away.
