School shoes

Over a month ago I spotted the perfect 'classic' style loafers in Office but whenever I went into my local store they had sold out. After weeks of continuous checking they finally had a pair for me. When I saw these shoes I knew they'd be perfect for work, they are so comfortable and can be worn with nearly all outfits plus the little gold cross bars are just too cute.

I actually bought them a size smaller than I'd normally wear because I knew they would stretch given the material they're made from. I love these shoes to bit and at a price of £27 (I still have a student card) I knew they were a great offer.

Today I'm wearing...

Trousers from H&M
Lace top from Topshop
Cardigan from Dunnes Stores
Plimsolls from Schuh

I love these zebra print trousers and that's all I really have to say on the matter. My shoes have heart shaped holes which is also pretty neat. Made some cupcakes with little sister H today and feel sick from all the sugar!

Spot the leopard

This week's gone by pretty quickly I would say but that's probably because I've been extremely busy. On Wednesday night I went to see Much Ado About Nothing starring David Tennant and Catherine Tate. It was AMAZING and not just because we had the best seats in the house (third row centre) but because it was literally the funniest play I've ever seen. But more on that another day.

Today I wanted to talk about prints. Patterned clothing is something I enjoy wearing but what's more fun is experimenting with different prints and seeing which go together in a clash that's isn't too terrible for the eyes to bear! My newest discovery is polka dots and leopard print.

I think they go together quite well, don't you agree? It's the sort of combination that could go horribly wrong but with the right colours and size of the print then I'd say it can easily be a successful mixture.

Do you like to clash prints x
