BURGER REVIEW: Byron's Cheesemas


It's that time of year when Byron roll out their mighty Christmas burger, the Cheesemas. This burger is a beast and whilst it's a little too big for me to finish I still find it delicious. 2 6oz beef patties, mature cheddar, smoked bacon, onion relish onion ring, bacon island sauce and pickles this really is a Christmas feast in burger form. It's cooked as much or as little as you like, but medium-rare is my favourite. 

Christmas food is all about indulgence and you would be hard pressed to find another Christmas burger that comes as close to this in juicy, meaty goodness.
