Little lion man

Today I went to the V&A to see the Diaghilev and the Golden Age of the Ballets Russes exhibition along with some other little bits (more on that another day) and wore some of my Christmas and sale goodies.

Cardigan from H&M

I managed to find this faux fur gillet in the sale with 50% off which was fantastic because I've been on the lookout for one for ages. I spotted this spotty tunic on Lily and knew it was right up my street so when I popped into my local store I was delighted to see they had plenty in stock. I love me a peter pan collar, they are so cute and girly plus there's that vintage twist to them which I adore. The snood is a new favourite of mine too. I bought it before I went travelling and loved how thick it is compared to one I bought last year. It really is my go to keep warm accessory at the moment.

I've been so lazy recently when it come to tights I love tights, all the different patterns and colours and I have a large collection to prove my love but recently I've just been resorting to my Topshop leggings since they are so much faster to put on. All my tights are stored in a massive box and I can't be bothered to rummage through it everyday but I'm going to try get out of my lazy habits and FYI I own more than one pair of leggings so don't think they never get washed!!

Necklace from eBay

I bought these necklace months ago and absolutely love it, it only cost a couple of quid on eBay instead of around £20 that you'd pay on a lot of vintage jewellery websites. Don't get me wrong, I love all those vintage inspired websites but at £20 a pop for a necklace I never know which one to purchase since I love so many of them so this eBay purchase was a great find.

My little sis H lent me her Canon 1000d today to experiment with. I'm not to used to SLRs but as I mentioned the other day I'd quite like one as I'm learning more about photography from working in Snappy Snaps. I'd ideally want a 500d because it has the ability to record videos and has a higher megapixel count but I think any better model would be wasted on me since I'm only a beginner when it comes to these cameras.

The lights have stopped working in our house this evening which is a bit odd. The plugs still work but the main lights wont. Kind of scary...

I've just begun to experiment with Photobucket so I can make my pictures bigger which is cool. I wish I had PhotoShop at home but it's only in the shop and it's for Windows so I wouldn't be able to use it on my MacBook anyway, grrr!

Tooth still sore x
